Moyo to defy Mugabe on suing Mnangagwa

Minister of Higher and Tertiary Education Professor Jonathan Moyo , seems to be intent of defying President Mugabe’s orders not to sue  Vice President Emmerson Mnangwagwa.  Yesterday, Moyo announced that his lwayers were almost ready to file the court papers.

Speaking on Twitter, Moyo said:

I’m happy to say my lawyers have just advised that the mega lawsuit on capture of State institutions and defamation is about to be filed.

 

The Constitution’s section 61(5)(c) says: Freedom of expression and freedom of the media exclude malicious injury to a person’s reputation or dignity.
