[BREAKING]Magaya case referred to ConCourt; state refuses to drop charges

I n a very strange development the State has refused to drop charges against leader of Prophetic, Healing and Deliverence (PHD) Ministeries, Prophet Walter Magaya, despite the fact that the accuser wants to drop charges.  The case has been referred to the Constitutional Court.
