Leonard Zhakata had to cancel a show at Westlea Shopping Centre last Friday where he was billed to perform at Destiney Night Club in Harare.
Speaking to HMetro, Zhakata revealed that he had to cancel the show due to a fever as he was suffering from flu. Speaking to the publication, Zhakata said:
I could not perform on Friday because I wasn’t feeling well, I had no voice and my pitch was so low due to flu. I saw it as a direct day light robbery to my fans. Everything was on course but honestly I was not well so I didn’t want to gamble. I always want to deliver the best, I promise to make up to them and I know they have been waiting for me.
Zhakata said that he would perform at the venue soon as he was getting better.
