Video: President Mugabe to reshuffle cabinet, promises to fire poor performers
President Robert Mugabe has announced that he will be making changes in the government early next week. Mugabe revealed this at the Zanu-PF Youth League Assembly at the Zanu-PF headquarters on Saturday. President Mugabe also said that he was going to relieve poor performers of their duties. The president had previously hinted at a shakeup in government after accusing unknown ministers of sabotaging the economy in order to get the public to turn on him. Speaking at the National Heroes Acre at the burial of the late Gogo Maria Msika, Mugabe attacked “economic saboteurs” saying that there was a Judas Iscariot dining with him at the top table.
