On Saturday, Walter Magaya, leader of Prophetic Healing and Deliverance Ministries received a huge boost of support from Minister and Tourism and Hospitality, Walter Mzembi.
The Minister was at PHD Ministries for the official opening of a prayer mountain. Addressing congregants, Mzembi made it clear that he was against Magaya’s critics describing them as “persecutors” and as being “from hell.”
Speaking of Magaya’s mission, Mzembi said:
His mission cannot be stopped by flesh, and today I speak boldly, I am aware of persecutions. I said to Prophet Magaya, any vision worthy of the heavens, will receive an attack from hell
Be strong. If you want to possess Canaan as Joshua was instructed to do, after 40 years of meandering in the very small geographical location, Joshua was given a task to cross to Canaan.
There is only one instruction he was given and it was repeated many times, be strong and courageous. Prophet Walter Magaya, be strong and courageous.
Mzembi also emphasised that as humans we are all prone to weakness and failure. Last year, Magaya was arrested for rape, although the complainant, later on, withdrew the charges. However, the prosecutors want to go ahead with the trial in spite of this. Social media is also full of alleged audio tapes of Magaya talking with the woman he supposedly had an affair with.
Said Mzembi:
We are all fallible, otherwise he would not have come from heaven himself to come and live in flesh. He is the only one who conquered sin, the only one.
