Five things you probably did not know about Patience Musa

Today is the birthday of Zimbabwean radio and television personality Patience Musa  who works for ZiFM Stereo as a producer/presenter. Here are five interesting facts about her:

1. She is the daughter of cartoonist Hassan Musa.
2. Musa studied for a Diploma in Graphic Designing at the Harare Polytechnic
3. Patience started singing backing vocals for different local artists such as Taso, the gospel group Gospel Trumpet, Fungai Malianga and Matthew Kaunda. She was part of a group Mateo and Friends together with Willom Tight and Mateo Kaunda. Together they released songs such as “Asambe Africa” and the highly successful “Pamuhacha”.
4. As a solo artist she has released albums such as; With Love (2002), Patience (2005) and Patie (2010).
5. She was once part of Nexus, a talent agency that was founded by Edgar Langevelt.
