Pastor G's wife fired from ZBC because of husband's links to #ThisFlag

Pamela Gwanzura wife of gospel singer and preacher Pastor G, real name Stanley Gwanzura, has been relieved of her duties as head of Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation (ZBC)’s SFM radio. Gwanzura was poached ffromZiFM Stereo barely a month ago only to be fired after being deemed a security risk. Officials from the Ministry of Information were reportedly unhappy with Pastor G’s association with the #ThisFlag Movement.

A member of the workers’ committee who spoke to New Zimbabwe said:

She was told to pack and go last Friday after because of her husband’s role on the #thisflag movement,”

They questioned why the current management and board employed someone whose husband had such a record in the anti-Mugabe movement.
