Zimbabwe Cricket will receive $94 million from the International Cricket Council (ICC)’s revised revenue-sharing model. The amount will cover the 8-year cycle from 2016-2023. This is $19 million than Zimbabwe would have received under the previous agreement.
Under the new revenue sharing model, the money will be distributed as follows:
- Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI): USD 293 million
- England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB): USD 143 million
- Cricket South Africa (CSA): USD 132 million
- West Indies Cricket Board (WICB): USD 132 million
- Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB): USD 132 million
- Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB): USD 132 million
- Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC): USD 132 million
- Cricket Australia (CA): USD 132 million
- New Zealand Cricket: USD 132 million
- Zimbabwe Cricket: USD 94 million
39 Associate Members will receive a total funding of USD 280 million
