Mphoko in Angola to attend inauguration of President-elect

Vice President Phelekezela Mphoko is in Angola where he is expected to attend the inauguration of President-elect  Joao Lourenco this Tuesday.

Mphoko visited the Msika family to pay his condolences. Lourenco becomes Angola’s third president since the country gained independence from Portugal in 1975. He took over from 74 year old José Eduardo dos Santos who was president for 38 years.
