EcoCash says MasterCard will no longer work internationally

Mobile money company EcoCash has announced that its Mastercard debit card will not work internationally. EcoCash had initially announced that the card would only work after being prefunded with real United States Dollars, and not bond notes. However, it has since cancelled that condition saying the card will not work at all indefinitely.
