Addressing an extraordinary provincial co-ordination committee meeting in Mutare yesterday, Manicaland Provincial Affairs minister Mandi Chimene claimed credit for exposing former Vice-President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s Tsholotsho Declaration.
The Tsholotsho Declaration is believed to have been a succession plan to get Mnangagwa into power after President Robert Mugabe. Said Chimene:
