Help Save Praise Kasunhi From Losing Flesh (Graphic images)

JCI Capital is raising money to assist the Kasunhi family to fund medication and hospital bills for their 13 year daughter.

Here is the Background Story

If you did not know Praise Kasunhi, she is such a sweetheart and an amazing little girl who happens to have Wet Gangrene. Praise lives in Chitungwiza, Harare with both her parents. She was recently diagnosed on the 13th of July 2017 with Wet Gangrene a condition associated with severe localized death and decomposition of body tissue resulting in loss of flesh. This forced her to drop out of school.

Her parents had high hopes for some improvement but instead saw little to none. Since September, her condition has only gotten worse. On 27/09/2017, she had bilateral amputation of the lower limbs (legs cut below knee level) and amputation of right upper limb (right hand cut below elbow level).

Every day is a challenge for Praise because she cannot regulate her body and process the world around her. She has withdrawn from school but her hopes are still high to become a lawyer. Her parents are both vendors and literally survive with $5 per day. For her parents this is heartbreaking for they have to choose between hospitals bills and putting food on table including rentals.

So on behalf of JCI Capital, I am kindly asking friends, family, colleagues and well-wishers to please help Praise. Anything helps even the smallest amount and it all adds up. Even if you are unable to donate could you please take a second and share this in your circles. As JCI Capital we are so blessed and grateful to help the Kasunhi family stand with Praise and we believe she was put in our lives for a reason. Date of Operation is 22 November 2017.
