NEW DISPENSATION: Owen Mudha Ncube, Mnangagwa's Enforcer & Chief Mukorokoza in Kwekwe & #CoupGovt's Minister for Provincial Affairs in the Midlands, using cash ordinary people can't get in banks to buy votes yesterday; for #JuntaPF's primary elections in Gokwe Kana constituency! pic.twitter.com/ylU4aoXfYV

Other than the small matter of the lean Cabinet ballooning in a matter of days, Owen Ncube is a feared enforcer in Kwekwe. That he is now in charge of CIO must scare many https://t.co/DDDVLpQs7z

Owen Mudha Ncube, new State Security Minister, a particularly unpleasant man – no wonder Mnangagwa is smuggling him in after the bulk of the Cabinet appointed. Ncube's name and fingerprints on every violent gold mining story in Kwekwe. Be very afraid of the New Dispensation CIO pic.twitter.com/n603ahyX3x
