Charles Mungoshi's creative genius & versatility inspired a generation of readers&writers. Coming Of The Dry Season,to me,is his seminal text. I'll never stop marvelling at how Mungoshi would pen a Shona novel this year & win a top award;write in English next yr & win again!RIP. pic.twitter.com/OSSywgKrTx

It’s sad to learn of the passing on of Dr Charles Mungoshi this morning. After the loss of Dr Mtukudzi recently, we have just lost another of our talents. May His Soul Rest In Peace pic.twitter.com/7k47CF0sqB
