TUKU's Estate: High Court Appoints 2 Executors

Daisy Mtukudzi and another family member, Vennah Muchakagara have been appointed by the Master of High Court as joint executors to the estate of the late music icon Dr Oliver Mtukudzi.

The duo was appointed following a decree meeting attended by at least 15 family members during which it was unanimously agreed that the pair be executors. The late musician’s widow, daughters, sisters, and other relatives also attended the meeting.

The Will left behind by Dr Mtukudzi gave Daisy all movable and immovable property. It also appointed Chibune & Associates as executor, but the parties settled for the two family members considering that the law firm in question was now non-functioning.
