Nurses Protest Over The Name Tocky Vibes Gave His Child

Zimbabwean Zimdancehall artist, Tocky Vibes, born Obey Makamure has revealed that he was forced to change the name of his son by nurses who protested over it.

He said that he had given him the name of his last year’s album, Chamakuvangu.  Tocky said:

I had named him Chamakuvangu but manurse akabva azviramba ndikazongomuti Obey Junior Makamure (nurses denied the name and I had to settle  for Obey Junior Makamure).

Tocky’s wife was sadly caught up in a teargas crossfire involving the citizens and soldiers in January this year. The incident prompted the artist to compose a Soldiers dis-track.
