FeedbackWe want to assure residents that this will not happen again. This incident is a reminder to all of us on the importance of unity in whatever we do.
It is also a reminder to all of us, that we are servants to the people of Bulawayo and must serve respectfully and honourably.
Council has since ratified intervention measures aimed at bringing sanity and stability to the city.
As a Council, we shall strengthen our dedication and responsiveness to fighting corruption and the abuse of office, so that we get rid of this vice.
There shall be no sacred cows and anyone and anyone implicated must be investigated and go through the relevant audit processes.
