The Zimbabwe Football Association has announced that preparations for Zimbabwe versus Lesotho CHAN qualifier were already underway. Posting on Twitter, the local football management board said:
Preparations for our CHAN qualifier vs Lesotho on 20/10 are underway. The Warriors trained at the ZIFA Village in the morning They will train again tomorrow before leaving on 17/10 Coach Antipas is excited that all 25 players are fit and eligible for selection in the final 18.
The Warriors team which is composed of locally-based players has a 3-1 lead after winning in the first leg encounter played at the National Sports Stadium.
They need to maintain their lead for them to secure a place CHAN finals scheduled for 2019 in Ethiopia.
