"You Know What Happened Last Time We Played," Khama Billiat Speaks Ahead Of AFCON Qualifier
Dazzling Warriors striker, Khama Billiat has said that the Warriors are not taking the Friday match against Botswana lightly after the disappointing defeat at the hands of the Zebras on Independence day.
Speaking to the H-Metro ahead of the match, the Kaizer Chiefs forward said that the team needs to score early to avoid pressure as in the previous match. He said:
It’s a difficult game especially playing at home, you know what happened last time we played.
We had to go all the way and push extra hard to get a result we don’t want it that way.
Billiat added that pride for wearing national colours and language will also play a crucial role as the players can decode messages from colleagues easily than is the case when playing for their clubs.
The match is on at 6 pm this Friday at the National Sports Stadium.
