Information Minister, Senator Monica Mutsvangwa has said that the government has taken a raft of measures to ensure that the general populace enjoys the festive season.
Addressing reporters on Tuesday in Harare, Mutsvangwa said that Finance Minister, Professor Mthuli Ncube managed to pay workers their salaries despite that the year has been a difficult year.
She also said that the government will continue to look for ways which constitute “safety nets” for members of the public.
