FULL LIST: Law Society Deregisters These 9 Lawyers - Report

According to the Herald, The Law Society of Zimbabwe deregistered these lawyers for various misconducts during the year. The 9 includes:

1. Mr Amon Tendai Toto,
2. Mr Augustine Chizikani,
3. Mr Benjamin Machengete,
4. Mr Simbarashe Tawona,
5. Mr Obedience Machuvaire,
6. Mr Shingiriro Moses Chinyenze,
7. Mr Leslie Sibanda
8. Mr Joseph Maweni
9. Tongai Matutu,

6 Lawyers were deregistered in, 1 in 2017 and 8 in 2016 making the total of deregistered lawyers 46 since the Law Society Of Zimbabwe’s inception in 1997.
