The Transport ministry has appointed a transactional advisor to examine all business deals signed by the roads administrator, ZINARA, The Herald reports.
The appointment was confirmed by transport minister Joel Biggie Matiza who said:
We have appointed a transactional advisor, who is looking into all the contracts that Zinara entered into so far with some service providers to see if we were not prejudiced.
ZINARA has been headlining for different reasons of late, with the latest story about ZINARA firing 30 tolling officers for defrauding the administrator making headlines in November 2019.
