President Emmerson Mnangagwa has said that the vast natural resources and creative innovation will be instrumental in the country’s attainment of the upper-middle-class status by 2030.

He said that vision 2030 will be achieved despite the sanctions that were imposed on the country by Britain and her allies including the USA.

The president speaks when observers have often said that Zimbabwe has what it takes to reach greater heights even without help from the international community.
