The Political Actors Dialogue (POLAD) forum’s Economic Summit is underway in Harare. According to Nick Mangwana, the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Information, some of the people leading discussions at the summit are R. Mukami Kariuki- World Bank; T. Macheka – ZNC; J.Bgoni – ZS; G. van Mortfort – UNDP; HE M.N. Mbete – SA Ambassador to Zimbabwe and HE Guo Shaochun – Chinese Ambassador to Zimbabwe
