FBC Bank: Paper-Based Transactions Will Not Be Accepted At Our Branches
The FBC Bank has announced that starting 1 June, it will be only allowing electronic transactions as its contribution to fighting the coronavirus pandemic.
The Bank announced also that as part of its digitalisation thrust, some branches including FBC S. Machel Branch, Harare will be closed from 31 May 2020.
It assured clients that their accounts remained unchanged and will be moved to FBC Centre.
In a message that was sent to the bank’s clients and or account holders, FBC said:
We are going paperless effective 1/06/20, all paper-based transactions will not be accepted at our branches. Sign up for Internet Banking & Mobile Moola today!
The Bank also announced that it had introduced an Internet Banking App on iOS/Apple devices urging clients to download the App – FBC Bank on App Store and “enjoy banking on the go.”
