COVID-19: Zimbabwe Recorded 124 New Cases On 8 August 2020

Zimbabwe recorded 124 coronavirus cases on the 8th of August bringing the total of known cases to 4575 since March when the virus was first recorded in the Southern African country.

Of these new cases, 118 are local cases while 6 are returnees from South Africa.

The Ministry of Health and Child Care reported in a statement that the total number of recoveries is now at 3057 after 71 recoveries were recorded on Saturday.
