Warriors Striker Joins Tanzanian Club On Three-year Contract
Zimbabwean international striker Prince Dube has joined Tanzania side, Azam, on a three-year contract after he completed a medical on Monday.
Dube, formerly of Highlanders, arrived in the Tanzanian capital city of Dar es Salaam on Sunday, underwent medical tests on Monday, which Azam confirmed he passed.
The Tanzanian club later posted a statement on their social media channels confirming Dube’s signature. The statement read in part:
Azam FC we are happy to inform you that we have completed the registration of Zimbabwe international attacker, Prince Dube, signing him from Highlanders FC. Dube who is one of Zimbabwe’s dangerous attackers, at the national team of local players, comes to Azam FC to increase power in the attack area.
Dube will link up with fellow Zimbabweans, Bruce Kangwa and Never Tigere at Azam.
Meanwhile, Dube’s former club, Bosso, has congratulated the striker after sealing the move to East Africa and wished him all the best in his new endeavour.
