"Criticism Usually Comes To Big Players" - Katsande In Solidarity With Billiat
Former Zimbabwe Warriors skipper, Willard Katsande who plays for South African Premiership giants Kaizer Chiefs has said he was convinced that his compatriot, Khama Billiat will eventually deal with criticism over his recent form.
Katsande speaks when the former Sundowns forward is being criticised for dipping in form since his arrival at Amakhosi from Masandawana. He said:
Khama is a big player and in most cases criticism comes only to big players. I know he knows how to deal with it but as a player he ought to remain focused.
FeedbackHe is important and we are not worried he will deal with it, are praying to keep the winning spirit in us.
His remarks come after Billiat also displayed a less convincing performance as Chiefs capitulated to a 3-1 defeat to Bloemfontein Celtic at Tuks Stadium on Wednesday night.
Meanwhile, Kaizer Chiefs coach, Middendorp speaking after the match said it was apparent the 2019-20 season was not a great season from Khama adding that everyone knows he has huge potential.
Middendorp also said that the team can only support him and put him into better movement and expect that he will do better.
Billiat has this season scored 1 goal forAmakhosi and has spent the good part of the season healing from injuries.
