Only business travellers with scarce and critical skills, diplomats, investors and professional sportspeople coming for events from the high-risk countries will be permitted into the country. Travellers from all African countries are allowed

The high-risk countries mentioned by Pandor include the US, France, The UK , Russia, and India. Travelers from all parts of the continent will be asked to present a COVID-19 free certificate taken within 72 hours prior to departure, and they will be screened and be asked to install a COVID-19 tracking app.
