Prince Dube Leaves Tanzania For Surgery In South Africa
Zimbabwean international footballer, Prince Dube has left Tanzania for South Africa where he is scheduled to undergo surgery.
The Warriors striker broke his ulnar of the left hand during their Mainland Premier League defeat to Young Africans (Yanga SC) after just 15 minutes of the clash against Young Africans seven days ago.
His club, Azam, confirmed his departure for further treatment and wished the player the best of luck. Reads the club’s statement:
Our striker Prince [Dube] has today [Sunday] left Tanzania for South Africa to undergo further scans and treatment on his left hand in South Africa.
Dube will be treated at Vincent Pallotti hospital situated in Cape Town and we wish all the best as he undergoes treatment and further wish him a speedy recovery.
The 23-year-old former Highlanders player has been in fine form this season scoring six goals and his absence will surely affect the Chamazi-based giants.
Azam have already started losing ground as far as winning the title is concerned after losing two matches against KMC and Yanga.
