The ruling Zanu-PF party will hold a Politburo meeting on Wednesday at its headquarters in Harare.
In a statement, the party’s Secretary for Information and Publicity Simon Khaya Moyo urged members to be on time. He said:
The Secretary for Administration Dr Obert Mpofu wishes to advise all members that there shall be a Politburo meeting to be held on Wednesday, 10 February 2021 at the party’s headquarters commencing at 10AM.
All members should be seated by 0945 hours sharp.
The meeting comes when President Emmerson Mnangagwa is back from his annual leave and at the same time the country is grappling with COVID-19 and is yet to procure vaccines for the viral diease.
