Warriors players Knowledge Musona, Last Jesi and Terrence Dzvukamanja are the first international players to arrive in Zimbabwe ahead of the AFCON qualifiers against Zambia and Botswana, The Herald reports.
Captain Musona is based in Belgium, Jesi in Sudan and Dzvukamanja in South Africa will join the few local players like Highlanders’ captain Ariel Sibanda in camp as they prepare for Thursday’s game. While Spain-based goalkeeper Martin Mapisa is expected to be in the country tomorrow.
ZIFA is reportedly still trying to get Tino Kadewere and Marshal Munetsi to join the squad that will take on Botswana on Thursday and then later on Zambia next week on Monday.
