Manchester City and Real Madrid joined Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in the 2020/21 UEFA Champions League semi-finals after winning and drawing, respectively against their opponents on Wednesday night.
Manchester City set a date with 2019/20 Champions League finalists PSG after brushing aside German side Borussia Dortmund 2-1 at Signal Iduna Park to seal a 4-2 aggregate victory.
A Jude Bellingham strike (15′) was cancelled by a Riyad Mahrez penalty (55′), with Phil Foden putting the icing on the cake in the 75th minute.
Real Madrid clinched a semi-final spot after holding former champions Liverpool to a 0-0 draw at Anfield.
Madrid had beaten Liverpool 3-1 in the quarter-final first leg. They face another English club Chelsea, who were winners of the competition in the 2011/12 season.
