ZIFA Announces Warriors Squad For World Cup Matches

The Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) has announced the Warriors squad that will participate in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier matches scheduled to start in June.

Zimbabwe is scheduled to play South Africa’s Bafana Bafana at the National Sports Stadium in June before they lock horns with Ethiopia in the same month.
ZIFA recently announced the cancellation of friendly matches that were slated for a few days before the World Cup qualifier matches in fear that some members of the squad might pick injuries.
Some names on the squad list – Khama Billiat and Terrence Dzvukamanja, already have injuries and are reportedly recovering.
