Former Energy and Power Development Minister, Advocate Fortune Chasi has said he has finished making a very important decision about his future.
Chasi said he will announce the decision he has made at 6 pm this Friday. He said:
_Good morning everyone. I have just finished making a very important decision about my future. I will announce it at 6 pm today._

Meanwhile, Chasi who is the Member of Parliament for Mazowe South is also the current Parliamentary Portfolio Committee Chairman on Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs.
He is vying for the presidency of the Pan-African Parliament.
Some wanted him to be the successor to President Emmerson Mnangagwa. Said Black n white @houseofhungerr:
_We wanted you for that big, big post you failed us, they offered you a ministerial post, they failed you. What’s happening mkuru, are we not heading for another career decadence._
One of his followers suggested that Chasi wanted to form a political party, with the blessings of the ruling ZANU PF as a way to take votes from the opposition that has been winning in urban areas. Said one Evangelist Hlupps @jealoushlupiwa:
_We know you are going to form a party with the blessings from your party Zanu-PF so that you will divide the votes because you think many youths love you So the plan is to try and reduce Chamisa’s influence in urban areas And youths without vision will fall for this trap._
_Who is we? Are you many or royal mukoma? And why the obsession with party politics?_
Despite being applauded by President Mnangagwa for doing an “awesome job as the minister of Energy,” Chasi was last year removed from office and many observers are still wondering why.
