JOB ALERT: Bulawayo City Council Recruiting Contract Security Guards

Bulawayo City Council (BCC) is recruiting eighty (80) contract security guards, Town Clerk Christopher Dube has revealed in a public notice this Sunday.

Applicants must be mature and physically fit aged between 18 to 45 years and should have no criminal record.

1.	MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESIJOB SUMMARY	Guards Council assets and employees. Searches vehicles coming in and going out of Council premises to prevent theft by both Council employees and members of the public. Controls, checks vending sites and compliance by vendors and arresting of offenders. Attends court cases on behalf of Council. Provides escort services for cash in transit and fuel transportation and other valuable items. Conducts patrols in Council installations or place of deployment
2.	QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS	A least “O’ Level Standard of education.
3.	EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS	Be mature and physically fit aged between 18 to 45years. Good interpersonal skills. No criminal record.
