ZESA Notice About Planned Power Supply Interruption: Coleford, Ruwa, Borrowdale

The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC), a subsidiary of the Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority (ZESA), has advised that some areas in Coleford, Ruwa and Borrowdale shall be without power starting Wednesday. The power utility said it has scheduled critical maintenance in affected areas. Pindula News presents ZETDC’s notices below.

The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC) would like to advise its valued customers in Harare Region that there would be a power supply interruption on Wednesday 03 November 2021 from 0600 hours to IVAO hours for the purpose of carrying out critical maintenance works.

Affected areas are: 

1. Coleford: Mandara, Donnybrook, Chikurubi, ZRP Support, Shawasha Hills and the surrounding areas 2. Ruwa: Damafalls, Chipukutu, Inverangus, Springvale, Gorge shops, Tarisa Road, Hermitage, and Riverside. 3. Borrowdale: Borrowdale West, Vainona, Mt Pleasant: Duiker crescent, Lion road, Steenbok crescent, Cheetah close, Impala road, Sable close, Glenelg road, Chatsworth, Teign road, Tern road Edinburgh road, Isis road, Thames road, Tay mad Tamar road, Fowey road, Quorn road, Fairbairn, Erskine road, and Bond Shopping Centre.

Customers are advised to treat all circuits as LIVE during this period as power may be restored without notice.

Valued customers in Harare Region: there would be a power supply interruption on Friday 05 November 2021 from 0900 hours to 1600 hours for the purpose of carrying out critical maintenance works.

Affected areas are: Marlborough: Mandel Training Centre, Adylinn Flats, Elizabeth Windsor road, parts of Katsande way, Princess Margaret road, Taormina avenue, Stephanie road, Epstein close, Admiral tait road, Linton road, Sawley way, Sawley close, parts of Harare drive, St Lucia drive, Edinburgh drive, Woodhall drive, Collen crescent, Melrose drive, Kirriemere road, Thornpark drive and the surrounding areas.

Customers are advised to treat all circuits as LIVE during this period as power may be restored without notice.
