PICTURES: Motorists Disregard Road Resealing Works At Makoni Shopping Centre

Chitungwiza Municipality has said motorists have been disregarding road resealing works underway at Makoni Shopping Centre.

In a statement, the local government authority said motorists removed barricades that had been placed on the road to allow the contractor, CMED) to carry out the resealing works. In a statement, Chitungwiza municipality said:

Sad developments at Makoni shopping centre along Mayeresera Rd. Drivers disregarding resealing works underway by removing stone boulders that barricaded the road.

As a result, the contractor (CMED) is now going to redo the job by removing the whole stretch.
