A foreign national was stabbed and robbed by three unknown suspects at Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport on Friday morning.
The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) said the traveller was looking for a place to buy a local sim card when the suspects pounced on her.
Posting on its Twitter page, the ZRP said the suspects stabbed the woman with a knife in her right hand and grabbed her two bags before jumping into their white Toyota Corolla getaway vehicle. Read the post:
The ZRP is investigating a robbery case that occurred at Robert Mugabe International Airport on 08/04/22 at about 0351 hours, where a foreign national was attacked by three unknown suspects while looking for a local sim card.
The trio stabbed the victim with a knife in her right hand and stole her two bags before running into their white Toyota Corolla getaway vehicle.
