Glen View Furniture Complex Catches Fire Again
Glen View Complex caught fire this Wednesday with the cause of the fire not yet known.
Earground reporter, Plot Mhako said this is probably the 5th or 6th time the furniture centre has been destroyed by “mysterious” fire.

In 2018, the Glen View area 8 furniture complex caught fire three times. On the third time, reports indicated that two-thirds of the complex were destroyed in the inferno.

The fire brigade is said to have arrived without adequate water and the problem was exacerbated by the fact that there was no water in the whole Glen view area. Harare Fire Brigade divisional officer Mr Clever Mafoti back then said they only managed to prevent the fire from reaching the service station.
