"Lawyer Badly Beaten, Arrested While Attending To Arrested CCC Officials" - Mahere

Lawyer Kudzai Kadzere was Saturday beaten and arrested while he was attending to some members of the opposition Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) who were arrested and detained at Budiriro 2 Police Station.
In a report seen by Pindula News, CCC national spokesperson, Fadzayi Mahere said charges against the lawyer are not yet clear. She said:
We’ve received a concerning report that lawyer Kudzai Kadzere has been badly beaten while attending upon clients at Budiriro 2 Police Station. We condemn this attack on the legal profession.
Mahere later issued an update noting:
We have received a report that lawyer Kadzere is badly injured. He has been arrested as well. The details of the charge are unclear.
Kadzere was attending to CCC Member of Parliament (MP) for Mkoba constituency, Amos Chibaya and other party officials who were arrested this Saturday in Harare. The charges are unclear.
They were allegedly attending a private meeting in Harare this morning.
They were detained at Budiriro Police Station.
The party is demanding their immediate release.

I think its now high time sadc and the AU do something abt mnangagwa. Surely we can't have one moron in the whole of sadc going rogue and murdering his own people in broad daylight and these organisations remain mum and pretend to see and hear no evil. The devil is a lair. Zanu is taking everyone for granted. Zimbabweans are a law abiding citizenry. It is not a crime to unchoose zanu pf. Nobody shud be forced to choose and belong to zanupf. It is not a crime to belong to better and promising political parties rather than zanu. Mnangagwa has been stealing elections, he illegally grabbed power from one robert mgabe. He is sending thugs and criminals to suppress the people from voicing our concerns. He illegally installed himself as president of this country without the voter's mandate and his thugs are going right round the country suppressing dissenting voices. The world shud just come together and put an end to this madness by mnangagwa.
