Showbiz: Musical Shows Lined Up Across The Country

The weekend is upon us, and revellers will be looking forward to performances by their favorite artists.

Here is a showbiz update with shows lined up countrywide;

If you love Sungura and stay in Ruwa, the place to be tonight is Leisure Centre, where Alick Macheso and the Ochestra Mberikwazvo will be performing alongside Peter Moyo and Utakataka Express from 6pm till late. Admission is Cover Charge.

Sulumani Chimbetu and The Ochestra Dendera Kings will be in Mutoko tonight, at Nyamakwere Lodges, alongside Carlos Green and VMV Banda. The show starts at 8pm till late and admission is USD5

If you love Dendera but prefer another Chimbetu yet you still want to have fun tonight, Douglas Chimbetu and The Dendera Kings will be in Chirundu at a place called Valley Mortel from 8pm till late.

Also tonight, Andy Muridzo’s voice will be the centre of attention at Di Rozvi Meeting Place in Chivhu. 

The captain, as Sulumani is affectionately-known by his fans, will be at Cramp and Craven Park in Murehwa tomorrow (Saturda) from 8pm till late, with admission being USD5.

Also tomorrow, Kae Chaps will be at Pub and Grill In Glen Norah, better known as KwaFatso. Its a lovers affair and entry is free.

Mark Ngwazi and the Njanja Express will be performing at the  Senator Chief Ngezi’s birthday party at Makaki Homestead along Mubaira Road tomorrow (Saturday) from 10am till late. Entry is free

Looking for a place to have fun on Sunday? Be at Zebra Village in Mbare, where Killer T and Andy Muridzo will share the stage. Admission is USD5.

Also on Sunday, Afro-fusion sensation Mbeu will entertain revellers at Gava Restaurant in Belgravia from 1pm to 5pm. Entry is free and the organizers of the event have reserved free parking.
