Beer To Be Sold At Premier Soccer League Matches

The Premier Soccer League (PSL) has given clubs the green light to sell beer at local football stadiums provided clubs meet the set requirements.
A statement issued by PSL Chief Executive Officer Kennedy Ndebele reads:
Following a Board resolution made at the Annual General Meeting held on 17 March 2023 to allow alcohol sales at the stadia, Clubs are advised to secure written permission from stadium owners for the sale of alcohol.
Clubs are further advised to get amended Lease Agreements that allow the sale of alcohol, police clearance from the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) as well as liquor licenses from the Liquor Licensing Board.
Clubs are also required to indicate where the alcohol will be sold at the stadium.

The general meeting was just a waste of your time and PSL money, as if the meeting had kidz 😀 selling alcohol in stadiums when supporters fight when sober?
do board members even know what happens in those stadiums?
do the board think those fights are from drinking castle lager?
Hot stuff is now sold in plastic bottles so that fights don't involve bottles, yet you want to sell bottles to angry fans 😀 PSL forget that move coz it's very dangerous to fans and players...

Hahaha this is a recipe for trouble. Especially on derby matches. Alcohol makes you do things you wouldn't normally do eg climbing barricades to go and insult the referee. And the after match violence
