Zimbabwe Weather: MSD Forecasts Sunny Weekend - 08 - 12 April 2023

The Meteorological Services Department (MSD) said that this morning, Harare Metropolitan and the southern parts of Mashonaland East and Central were mostly cloudy and cool. In a weather update seen by Pindula News, MSD said it, however, became less cloudy and milder in the afternoon as the atmosphere became less moist. The rest of the country had mostly clear skies with cool mornings that became warm by the afternoon. Reads the weather report and forecast:

FORECAST FOR TOMORROW. SATURDAY 08 APRIL 2023

Sunny and warm afternoon conditions are expected in all areas. However, the mornings and evenings should be cool in most areas except along the Zambezi Valley which will be mild. The mild evening conditions make it an ideal period to enjoy a boat cruise on Lake Kariba as one views the magical sunset.

WEATHER OUTLOOK FOR SUNDAY 09 APRIL 2023

Scattered clouds are expected to drill in from the west making it partly cloudy over much of the country by afternoon. It should be mild at first becoming warm later, with a gentle breeze time and again. This makes It a perfect period to visit the majestic Victoria Falls and enjoy a boat cruise on Lake Kariba as one views me magical sunset.

WEATHER OUTLOOK SATURDAY 08 APRIL 2023

Anticipate mostly clear skies. Mild at first becoming warm by noon. However, it should cool off towards evening. So ensure the vulnerable are adequately dressed.

Scattered clouds are expected to drift in from the west, making it partly cloudy over much of the country and slightly cool than Saturday.

MONDAY 10 APRIL 2023

It should be hot and humid. with a chance of thundershowers over the western border of the country (Matabeleland South into Matabeleland North). Keep hydrated by drinking adequate amounts of water.

TUESDAY 11 APRIL 2023

An increase in cloud cover is anticipated over much of the country, with isolated light showers which may be thundery in places. Localized downpours remain probable, especially over the Eastern Highlands. Always remember that “when thunder roars it is best to be indoors”

WEDNESDAY 12 APRIL 2023

It should be cloudy and cool over Masvingo into Manicaland, becoming less cloudy and mild by the afternoon. Isolated showers are probable over Mashonaland East into Mashonaland Central and parts of Harare Metropolitan.
