something fishy within chikozho family & businesses,,,, there is this one who run transport as ATC recently took own life,,,, the other brother of ATC took his life three months ago,,,, while people are still grieving the bus killed other people again,,,, this gives a reflection that this family's hands are dirty,,,, if nature was to allow the founder of chikozho to come back from the grave for interrogations he would probably furnish us with how he started his businesses,,,,,,

Secondly, the drivers of vehicles and bus crew must take the blame for their part in overloading the vehicles.
It is highly misplaced to always a portion the blame on police whenever an accident happens. It is not that every vehicle that gets involved in accidents would have passed through a block. Yes, they may have passed through a block when they were normally loaded and later overload after the block.
Above all, in some situations, some accidents happen because mechanical which may sometimes come as unforeseen phenomena. In these situations, how can police be blamed ?
There are many stakeholders in the policing of motoring activities like vid who are technically qualified to assess whether the vehicles are mechanically sound or not, Ministry of Transport who who should ensure that the roads are trafficable ang issue operators' licenses to companies with mechanically sound machines.. the list goes on .If any of these stakeholders, flout in discharging his or her duty with diligence, then accidents occur.
Critically analyse and aportion the blame to correct stakeholder who would have erred
