CAFCA manufactures, supplies, recycles cable and allied products for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy and information primarily in Southern and Central Africa.

Toll Manufacturing
CAFCA offers a toll manufacturing service to its customers who can access key raw materials such as copper and aluminium. These are converted at the cost of value addition.
Recycling
CAFCA recovers decommissioned cables for recycling within a legal and environmental friendly framework. Recovered cables can be exchanged for other products within the manufacturing range.
Significant Events
In 2010 CAFCA took the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe to court for USD750 000 that it was to receive when it transferred the Zimbabwean dollar equivalent in 2004 to get it converted into US Dollars. The court ruled in favour of CAFCA.[1]
