Cecilia Alexander is a Zimbabwean trade unionist. She is most known for being Apex Council chairperson, a post she was re-elected to hold for a further two years from February 2018. She is also the Public Service Association president.[1] Apex Council is an umbrella body for civil servants’ labour unions.
