The Glamour boys have gone through a transformative phase under new coach David Mandigora which has seen the departure of players that were very influential in recent years and has heralded the arrival of new players which Mandigora believes is key for the future success of the club. Under Mandigora's drive to introduce young talent into the club. Here is the full list of the players that were offloaded, brought in and remained with the club with the coming in of Mandigora. Other players also left the club due to budget cuts that had been necessitated by the pulling out BancABC from their funding to Dynamos.

Retained and Incoming Players

Victor Kamhuka

The player re-joined the Glamour Boys in 2015 following some years away from the club.

Godknows Murwira

The former Shabanie Mine Football Club utility player is one of the players that were signed by the club in 2015 soon after the arrival of Dembare legend David Yogi Mandigora.

Ronald Chitiyo

After months of speculation and some reports linking Ronald Chitiyo to clubs in Lesotho, the player eventually agreed on a one year deal with Dynamos which saw him being registered by the club. There were strong indications that Chitiyo wanted a move away from the club but ended up signing for the club after the envisaged deals had failed to materialise.[1] Chitiyo joined the Glamour Boys from Monomotapa Football Club[2]

Walter Mukanga

Is a Zimbabwean footballer who has been reported to have joined Dynamos Football Club

Augustine Mbara

Played under Pasuwa as a defender but just like most senior players at the club, there was a lot of uncertainty over his future as his contract had not been renewed. The young defender was eventually signed by the club and went on to be named captain of the team.

Simba Nhivi

Simba was among some of Pasuwa's all conquering squad but had been out of contract with the club. He also scored a number of crucial goals for the club. There were strong indications that the player may move away from the club after the executive appeared to have been reluctant to pen a new deal with the striker

Tatenda Mukuruva

A product of the Dembare youth policy Mukuruva rose through the ranks after the departure of the likes of George Chigova and appeared to have been in the plans of Mandigora

Ocean Mushure

Remained with the club after Mandigora appeared to have invested some faith in the defender following his impressive performances under Callisto Pasuwa.[3]

Qadr Amini

Is among the players that have been roped in by David Mandigora after having played for FC Platinum Football Club during the 2014 season

Stephen Alimenda

Owing to Alimenda's defensive capabilities, the player was offered a two-year contract which will see him with the club for another two seasons.

Masimba Mambare

Joined the Glamour Boys from Highlanders Football Club but his future appeared to have been doomed after having failed to reproduce the form that got him signed at Dembare. It was not clear whether Mambare would be retained by the club

Kelvin Bulaji

Joined Dynamos from bitter rivals CAPS United after the end of the 2014 soccer season in which the green machine had a lacklustre performance. Bulaji was previously with DT Africa before joining Caps, which he eventually walked away from to join Dembare.

Takesure Chinyama

In the 2015 midseason transfer window period, Dynamos completed the signing of Takesure Chinyama to compliment their strikeforce.[4]

Richard Kawondera

Dembare also completed the signing of Richard Kawondera from Triangle Football Club after his contract with the club had expired.[4]

Sydney Linyama

The former Chicken Inn Football Club midfielder had joined the Glamour Boys in 2013 and appeared to have found favour in the eyes of David Mandigora following rumours that he may be offered a new contract

Blessing Moyo

The youngster played a critical role in Dembare's defensive line up in the 2014 season having risen from the junior team and was even in the starting line up ahead of veterans such as Machapa. The player was rumoured to have been linked with South African side before the move collapsed.[5]

Released Players

Farai Mupasiri

Following the coming in of new coach David Mandigora, Mupasiri managed to stay at the club through mid-season but he was eventually released after he was said to have been deemed excess baggage.[6]

Oscar Machapa

Had a very good season at Dembare during the 2014 soccer season and despite being over the age of 25 set by incoming coach, Machapa seemed to have impressed Mandigora after he was spotted at their training sessions and was also reported to have featured in one of their pre-season warm up matches. After having played for the Glamour boys for just over a season, Machapa made a return to the Green Machine in the 2015 mid-season transfer period.

Devon Chafa

Chafa was part of Pasuwa's history making Dynamos Football Club that won four league titles in succession. After having failed to agree on terms with the Dembare management, Chafa parted ways with the club through a move to How Mine. It was reported that Chafa's agents were demanding more USD31 000 for the player's services while Chafa was also said to be demanding a basic salary of USD1 500. These were the circumstances surrounding the departure of Chafa from Dembare.

Milton Makopa

Makopa's future with the club appeared to have been hanging in the balance after he had not been given a new contract by the club.[7] Although Makopa was eventually retained by the club, he was only with the club for a six-month stint before being released in the 2015 mid-season transfer window period.[8]

Tawanda Muparati

With the Club deciding that they would not be renewing contracts players above the age of 25 and alleged cases of financial constrains, the former glamour boys captain was forced to look for a contract elsewhere. Together with former Dembare teammate, Muparati and Chafa were offered new deals at How Mine.

Murape Murape

Although Murape had expressed his desire to play for the club well into his late thirties, the plan hit a snag after the administration did not extend his contract after it had expired at the end of the of the 2014 soccer season.

Russel Madamombe

Madomombe's future with Dynamos was not clear after talks between the club and the player's representative was still locked in negotiations with the club. The player had however not disclosed if he had interests to look for a new club. It was also not clear if Mandigora would go on to offer the player a contract

Thomas Magorimbo

Magorimbo was also one of the Dynamos players who contract with the club had come to an end and not renewed which saw the player being swooped by 2014 league runners up, ZPC Kariba.[3]

Tichaona Mabvura

Mabvura had been part of the glamour boys as early as 2013 playing mostly in the midfield but appeared to have not been in Mandigora's plans throwing his football career with the club in doubt. It was also rumoured that Mabvura was actually among some of the players thad had been retained by Mandigora[7]

Themba Ndlovu

Joined Dembare football club from Buffaloes Football Club in 2014 but left the club for fellow premiership side, Harare City Football Club. The youthful defender had been brought in to fill in the place left by Partson Jaure

Washington Pakamisa

The former CAPS United Football Club hitmen who had enjoyed two successive league triumphs with Dembare was reported to have left the club in 2014 to join a Mozambican outfit Liga Muculmana in time for the 2015 soccer season. There appeared to be confusion regarding the status of Pakamisa with Dembare as Dynamos was reported to have insisted that Pakamisa still had a running contract with the club which would expire at the end of the 2015 season.

Tafadzwa Rusike

Rusike broke into the limelight at Makepekepe before making a move to the South African league which would later on turn out to be a flop. On his return Rusike then made a move to Dembare to beef up their frontline but his future with the club appeared to have been hanging in the balance after the player had not yet penned a contract with the glamour boys due to inconclusive negotiations over signing on fees[3]

Rodrick Mutuma

Despite having a very successful season with the club the previous year, the striker was at loggerheads with the team executive over the terms of a new deal. The club had insisted that they were not interested in offering one year contracts which the player had requested. The player was also alleged to have had problems with the executive over the amount of money that he was requesting.[3] After inconclusive negotiations with the club, Mutuma eventually joined CAPS United Football Club

Cliff Sekete

Was an integral part of Pasuwa's midfield machine, after having been retained by the club for the 2015 season, he was later on released halfway through the season to make way for incoming forwards, Takesure Chinyama and Richard Kawondera.[8]

Patrick Kumbhula

The player was part of the three players that were axed from the club during the 2015 midseason to make way for the incoming duo of Richard Kawondera and Takesure Chinyama.

Obey Mwerahari

After joining Dembare from Monomotopa, the player became a key component of Dembare during the 2014 soccer season by playing in almost in any position. He is rumoured to be among some of the players that have been offered new deals at Dembare[9]

Clive Kawinga

Joined the glamour boys from makepekepe at the start of the 2013 season featuring occasionally for the boys in blue. It was not clear as to whether the player would be retained after the final trim down of the dembare squad

Transfer Speculation

Following the departure of Mutuma to join city rivals, CAPS United Football Club, the striker was rumoured to be most likely to make a return move to the Glamour boys after the souring of relations with CAPS.
