Francis Zvinavashe is a Zimbabwean army personnel and brother to the late Vitalis Zvinavashe. A 2001 United Nations report and a 2002 Global witness report alleged that Francis was involved in the operations of Cosleg Private Limited , a company implicated in the plunder of natural resources in the DRC.
