Mhleli Sibanda is a Zimbabwean footballer who was born on 26-Dec-91. He is a former player for FC Platinum as a midfielder.

Mhleli was born on 26 December 1991.[1]


Career

Mhleli's professional debut came at Quelaton in 2012, when he became one of the most talked about players to feature in the 2012 premiership season after Denver Mukamba. He played for Otrick Spurs a Division 2 outfit in 2007 where he only stayed for one season before joining Sparrows another Division 2 side again in 2008 all Bulawayo based teams. Mhleli had to track his way to Quelaton a team he helped gain promotion into the Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League in 2011 after being promoted from the Southern Region Division One League. After Quelaton's relagation in their maiden season in the ZPSL in 2012, Mhleli did not go down with them as he found a new home at FC Platinum.

National Team Caps

Mhleli represented Zimbabwe at the young warriors under 20 level in 2010 whilst playing for Quelaton in Division One. He was called to do duty for the Zimbabwe Under 20 squad that played in Botswana.
